Tizi-OUZOU - The benefits and incentives to promote handicrafts measures introduced over the past two years, have been the subject of a day of information and awareness organized Monday by the Regional Chamber of Crafts and trades wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou in favor of its artisans.
Took part in the meeting, the directors of tourism and handicrafts, taxes, the Social Insurance Fund non-employees (CASNOS), and other public programs dedicated to employment and the creation of micro-enterprises , who had to answer, each in his case, questions craftsmen participants who complained in particular "communication gap met at the level of care facilities."
Based on this observation, the craftsmen were unanimous in considering the "opportunity" to repeat such meetings to keep abreast of new developments occurred in different areas of craft activities, in addition to the opportunity offered to them to expose their multiple professional concerns, including those related to the supply of raw materials and marketing of finished products.
In this context, artisans who feel aggrieved by "unfair competition" required a needed reform by the government, the domestic market for handicrafts flooded by imported articles infringing local production in like "Kabyle dresses" Indonesian who have appeared on the Algerian market.
